WATESOL EALD Support Teacher Network Meeting 2023
WATESOL aims to host annual meetings to provide EALD support teachers across all sectors an opportunity to network and up-skill.
At this meeting, Kara Gard (DoE) will give a presentation on common grammar errors made by language learners and how to help students correct them.
We also aim to respond to some of the requests raised by members and friends in the lead up to this meeting including EALD students and explicit direct instruction, use of interpreters and use of Progress Maps to support student learning.
$20 non-members.
