SUMMARY:Meet and Share Assessments in EAL/D classrooms
DESCRIPTION:Our first South of the River Meet and Share session (and our fi
 rst for the year!) will be held this term at North Lake Senior Campus. We
  are seeking presenters this session and encourage members to submit a bri
 ef (no more than 100 word) summary of your proposed focus. \nSubmissions 
 due by 22nd May. Each session is 7 minutes.\nComplete this form to expre
 ss your interest in giving a 7 minute presentation on the topic of assess
 ment. Diagnostic\, formal\, informal\, formative\, summative\, PM levels. 
 What works and what do you do with the data?\n\nOr\, just come along as a 
 participant!\n\nFollowing the model of the international Teach Meet moveme
 nt\, WATESOL's Meet and Share sessions have proven to be invaluable opport
 unities for collaboration\, learning\, and networking. Building on the mom
 entum generated by our previous gatherings\, this year's events will conti
 nue to offer a supportive and collegial environment for educators to come 
 together and share teaching strategies with each other.
