DESCRIPTION:WATESOL is excited to announce the first Meet &amp\; Share even
 t for 2025. The topic will be Teaching Vocabulary\, and it will take place
  on the 7th of May at Cyril Jackson Senior Campus Library.\n\nMeet and Sha
 re networking sessions are based loosely on an international movement (Tea
 ch Meet) and follow a formula in which educators gather together to focus 
 on a particular topic. From that group\, several will give short (7 minute
 ) presentations on the topic\, with time for refreshments and networking i
 n between.\n\nWe are calling for presenters to submit a short bio using th
 is link by April 11th.\n\nThis will be a free event for members\, with re
 freshments provided. Join us for an enriching session filled with valuable
  insights and networking opportunities.\n\nMeet and Share sessions aim to 
 provide a positive\, collegial environment in which people can share and l
 earn from each other. We acknowledge that there is a wealth of expertise a
 mongst our membership and hope to tap into that\, providing sessions that 
 are suitable for members from all sectors. \n\nPresenters will have acces
 s to a projector if required.\n\nThis is a members-only event.
