DESCRIPTION:WATESOL Meet &amp\; Share: Speaking and Listening \n\nMeet and
  Share networking sessions are based loosely on an international movement 
 (Teach Meet) and follow a formula in which educators gather together to fo
 cus on a particular topic. From that group\, several will give short (7 mi
 nute) presentations on the topic\, with time for refreshments and networki
 ng in between.\n\nThe sessions aim to provide a positive\, collegial envir
 onment in which people can share and learn from each other. We acknowledge
  that there is a wealth of expertise amongst our membership and hope to ta
 p into that\, providing sessions that are suitable for members from all se
 ctors. \n\nWe are seeking presenters for our second Meet &amp\; Share ses
 sion and encourage members to submit a brief (no more than 100 word) summa
 ry of a proposed topic at this link with a focus on how you teach speaking
  and listening skills\, due by Tuesday July 18.\n\nPresenters will have a
 ccess to a projector if required.\n\nThis is a members-only event.
