DESCRIPTION:WATESOL Meet &amp\; Share: Technology in EAL/D Classrooms\n\nTh
 is year WATESOL is introducing quarterly Meet &amp\; Share sessions. These
  networking sessions are based loosely on an international movement (Teach
  Meet) and follow a formula in which educators gather together to focus on
  a particular topic. From that group\, several will give short (7 minute) 
 presentations on the topic\, with time for refreshments and networking in 
 between.\n\nThe sessions aim to provide a positive\, collegial environment
  in which people can share and learn from each other. We acknowledge that 
 there is a wealth of expertise amongst our membership and hope to tap into
  that\, providing sessions that are suitable for members from all sectors.
  \n\nWe are seeking presenters for our first Meet &amp\; Share session an
 d encourage members to submit a brief (no more than 100 word) summary of a
  proposed topic at this link with a focus on the use of technology in EAL/
 D classrooms by Friday March 24. \n\nPresenters will have access to a pro
 jector if required.\n\nThis is a members-only event.
