PLEASE NOTE: Username and email address are NOT the same – if you’ve forgotten your username, click on the blue ‘Lost Password’ above – you will then be prompted to enter your email address. Make sure this is the email that you receive regular WATESOL emails from. Once you’ve entered your email address and hit the GET NEW PASSWORD button, you’ll need to check your email for instructions. Follow the instructions in that email. Make sure you check your spam folder as it may have landed in there. If it did, hit the ‘NOT SPAM’ button so that future emails from WATESOL will land in your inbox, not your SPAM folder. Good luck!
KNOWN BROWSER ISSUES: if you have lost your password, the Internet Explorer, Chrome and Mozilla browsers may not be able to process new passwords. We have also found issues with teachers trying to change passwords from a DOE computer. Please try again from your home computer, or use the Safari browser.
