WATESOL aims to provide EAL/D examination materials and an EAL/D Good Answer Guide each year. Their production relies on volunteers and we are extremely grateful to the many members and friends, past and present, who have helped with these projects over the years. These positions are filled through calls for expressions of interest.
Exam writing coordinators and the Good Answer Guide writer are paid an honorarium in recognition of the extra time these roles take.
Good Answer Guide
The Guides use annotated student work samples from previous exams along with commentary to help students and teachers understand the features of good answers.
Mock Exams
Each year WATESOL facilitates the writing of examination materials for our EAL/D community by volunteer members and friends.
