Already entered your details on PayPal and ended up back here? That’s normal. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to confirm your payment. PayPal will not take any money out of your account unless you complete this last step.
Select your preferred payment method to view payment instructions:
PayPal (Credit Card)
WATESOL prefers payment via PayPal.
- Complete the form below.
- Click ‘Checkout with PayPal’.
- You will be redirected to PayPal for payment.
- You will be sent back to this page on the WATESOL website.
- Scroll down to the bottom, check your details, and then click ‘Complete payment’ at the bottom of this page.
- You will be sent to a ‘Membership Confirmation’ page. You will receive a receipt from PayPal and from WATESOL.
If you do not receive a receipt via email then you have not completed the full checkout procedure and your membership is not valid. To avoid this, you must click Complete Payment when you are sent back to the WATESOL website.
Bank Transfer
- Near the top of the page above Account Information you’ll see the words Do you have a discount code? Click there and enter the payment code BANK.
- Complete the checkout process.
- If your payment is not received in 14 days your account will be deactivated.
- Use internet banking to transfer funds to:

ACCT: 10011613 - In online banking, please type your username in the comments field (for example, JohnSmith) so we can match your payment to your account. If we cannot match your payment, your account will be deactivated in 14 days.
Cheque or Money Order
- Near the top of the page above Account Information you’ll see the words Do you have a discount code? Click there and enter the payment code CHEQUE.
- Proceed through checkout.
- If your payment is not received in 14 days your account will be deactivated.
- Send your check or money order (together with your username, first name and last name) to:

Note – if you do not include your username with your cheque we will not be able to match your payment and your account will be deactivated in 14 days.
Cash
WATESOL only accepts payment by cash at events. To pay by cash:
- Near the top of the page above Account Information you’ll see the words Do you have a discount code? Click there and enter the payment code CASH.
- Proceed through checkout.
- Pay your subscription fee in person at an event within one month of completing the online checkout process. If your payment is not received in this time your account will be deactivated.
