The Kate Mullin Award has been created in the memory of Kate Mullin, an educator who worked passionately and tirelessly to improve outcomes for Aboriginal EAL/D learners. This award aims to recognise and celebrate excellence in language and literacy education of Aboriginal students.
The award, sponsered by the Lindsay Cozens Trust, is worth $5,000 to the winner – to be used as they see fir to extend their knowledge and experience. The Award will be presented at the WATESOL AGM in December.
